The most simple answer is: The cat will most likely become poisoned from licking the bleach off its fur. If a lot of bleach is spilled on the cat, it will cause painful chemical burns on the skin, and will cause untold damage if any got in the cat's eyes, ears or nose.

If bleach has been spilled on a cat, you must take it to a vet immediately.
