It depends on how high up you were when you dropped him/her. If it was too high up they could have died, or have broken a bone. If your piggie is acting strange, like limping, then you might want to take him/her to the vet. If he/she is not acting any different that normally than you might not have any problems with your piggie, but still watch him/her for a couple of days just to be sure. Take care and God bless!

Take it to the vet of course! Its not worth taking a chance, especially with something as small and fragile as a guinea pig. Get it checked out by your vet as soon as poss =)
