A jennet is a horse that spanish settlers brought with them when they came to america. They are small and stocky. They were bred with Thoroughbreds. They made Quarter Horses. Quarter Horses can run a quarter of a mile. They can reach speeds up to 55 m.p.h. That is so cool. LOL! :)
