What is a buffalypso?

The buffalypso is a breed of cattle developed from the Indian water buffalo in Trinidad & Tobago by Dr. Steve Bennett. They do not get mad cow disease (or other cattle born disease) and their milk is used to make authentic mozzarella cheese.
