Furmeets are held in private homes and in public areas such as restaurants Technically a furry convention is just a super-sized public Furmeet. Outside of those in the meeting liking furry characters, they are identical to normal parties focusing on media, food, camaraderie and dance. Standard attire is shirt and pants - dresses always welcome on female attendees
