There are no commonly-used or easily-findable names specifically for male or female sloths. The convention with placental mammals seems to be, in the absence of specific names, to refer to them as though they were cows -- that is, call the male a bull and the female a cow. This is done with whales, for example, which are about as closely related to cows as are sloths.

In reality, though, to use the word "bull" or "cow" in reference to a Hoffmann's two-toed sloth seems wholly incongruous with the animal's personality and ecological niche. How about we just call them sloths?
