It would probably be called "felinophobia/feliphobia" or something similar. The suffix "phobia" literally means fear, but it is used for dislike as well, i.e. xenophobia = dislike/hatred of foreigners.
Another acceptable answer would be "a**hole" because hey, what kind of monster doesn't like cats?
