There are two issues here. "Rape" is called rape -- forced sex with an unwilling person. Rape is usually about power, not sex. Sex with pre-adolescents (girls or boys) is called pedophilia. Sexual attraction to young girls (adolescent and beyond) is normal for guys,, but the law prohibits sex with underage people, even if they're willing.
