Regulation of body temperature, control of blood glucose levels, the regulation of salt and water balance

The body's ability to maintain proper hydration levels. When we need to, we take in water and other kinds of nutrients in other kinds of fluid. We produce waste, some of which is collected in the blood, filtered out by the kidneys and passed as urine. In the meantime, the body is using all kinds of systems to keep proper levels of hydration in all of our systems. When we run low, we replenish. And the body stays in balance.

Homeostasis is just the balance of the body, so it can be anything from water levels, as mentioned above to heat or glucose regulation.
Over all the best example is the human body (and other healthy animals). One that is young and without any medical problems. The systems working in the body would be in complete balance.
