If it is what I think it means- and probably misspelled, it is the eating of animal or human waste products- Yucch! I believe it is correctly Cacophagy. prononced like ( Cock) as in Baby Talk ( Cocky!) for excrement. what a disgusting habit- somewhat oddly it is not unknown among domestic Dogs.
