External reproduction ( In animals) is when the female lays eggs. This is external reproduction because it happens outside of the body and they baby/babies are not protected.
In humans I am guessing it is when you take out your egg and have it fertilised by a sperm and then inserted back in to your body? because it is not natural and doesn't actually occer inside the body....
Sorry if the second bit is wrong :/
New answer: The External reproduction was right, but humans can't reproduce externally.
Thanks for trying tho!

As a mammal moose have internal reproduction
Most fish use external reproduction, where eggs released by the female are fertilized by the male outside of their bodies. The fertilized eggs develop into larvae and eventually hatch as juvenile fish. Internal reproduction, where fertilization occurs inside the female's body, is rare among fish species.

internal is traditional reproduction, like humans. where external is where the eggs are laid and sperm would be "sprayed" over them. some fish do this.
