constriction
A long slender worm that is a parasite in insects until it is mature then lives in water. It is called a hairworm or hairsnake because it looks like a horsehair swimming in the water.
Yes. It is important to wait until you get your braces off.
King snakes are essentially constrictors, which kill their prey by suffocating them. The modus operandi of a king snake is to first bite the victim ( a rattle snake) and then rapidly throw coils around the anterior body of the rattle snake, tightening them continuously so that the rattle snake is not able to breathe. The king snake maintains this tight coil until the rattler is dead. It then releass the coil, uses its forked tongue (and Jacobson's organ) to find the rattler's head and proceeds to swallow the prey. During this process, even if the king snake is bitten by the rattler, it does not matter as the king snake is immune to the venom of its prey.
just press on the snake icon at the bottom of the screen (dock) until there is a mini-pop-up that says quit, etc. just click quit and it'll stop.
Well if it is a poisones snake they will bite the victim until it dies, but if it is a constrictor like rat snake for instant it will constrict the mouse until it is suffocated and then the snake will expand it jaw bone really big and will swallow it whole.
Kingsnakes. They actually hunt and kill other snakes using constriction. That is how pythons and boas kill their prey. They wrap their bodies around the neck or torso, and keep squeezing until they can't breath anymore.
Nope - it's the opposite. When a constricting snake catches its prey, it coils tightly around the prey's body. As the victim breathes out, the snake tightens its coils so the animal has difficulty breathing in. This process is repeated a number of times until the prey simply can no longer draw breath, and it suffocates.
An anaconda is a constrictor snake that lies in ambush, usually in water. It grasps the prey in sharp teeth, and then throws loops of its body around the prey. When the prey breathes out, the snake tightens the grip until the prey can't breath in any more. The prey dies eventually due to suffocation.
Snake was an early board game played by Egyptian children. The board was shaped like a coiled snake, and the counters were moved until the first person reached the center.
A child can threaten to hold their breath until they die; however, they can realistically only hold their breath until they pass out.
i believe you mean Boa Constrictors. Boa Constrictors are a type of snake that wraps itself around a victims neck and squeezes until it dies. The snake then proceeds to eat the victim.
I saw a cockerel in the farm and the cockerel cocked really loud until the cockerel was out of breath. oh no..... The cockerel could not breath so I called the vet and the cockerel was survived.
It's called 'musk' - and is used as a defence until the snake gets used to being handled.
There are quite a few species that do that. Cobras and some pythons are two well-known species to incubate their eggs by coiling around them.
pythor, the anicondri snake who became canibals until pythor was left
Use the fire breath until he turns around and you see an "X" on his back. Then you can punch.
