Whatever breed you choose to go with depends on how you manage them, your location, what you are intending to do with them (i.e., breed/raise them for wool, meat or milk or any combination of the three), and your personal preferences. Every sheep producer has their favorite breed and you will get all sorts of answers as to what the "best" breed is--for them. Ninety-five percent of the time the breed that they think is the "best" may in fact be the absolute worst for you!!
