It depends on what your hunting, moose, bear, rabbit, birds. Hunting large animals I suggest a large caliber rifle. Most hunters in Alaska also carry a large caliber handgun (.357, .41 Mag, 44 Mag.) even if they are hunting small game of fishing. It depends on what your hunting, moose, bear, rabbit, birds. You can buy a guinea pig in anchorage from a local petco there is one in dimond and there is the new one by michaels, old navy, famous footwear and bed bath and beyond. also you could go to the aspca they have 5 guinea pigs there and you could rescue them.
Purely my opinion. The cheapest and most widely available ammo is likely .223. The flattest shooting, but smallest bullet, is the .204. Next is the 22-250. However, ANY of the 3 are more than aqequate for coyotes. Rather than focus purely on caliber, find the RIFLE you like best first.
It's best to wait until your hamster is comfortable in its new environment, which can take a few days to a week. Once your hamster seems relaxed and not easily startled, you can start by offering treats near the cage to gauge its reaction before attempting to handle it outside of the cage.
Yes, because they are very friendly and never bite people, but if they did, then either your hand smells like a certain food they like, or they think you have food. Another reason that is very unlikely, is that if they are starving to death. Fox squirrels should live outside and be let in in the winter if you live in Iowa, Vermont, Alaska, ext. Fox squirrels arn't found in Alaska and Vermont though, so if you get one, then you would have to buy one in Texas, Iowa, Colorado, Canada, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Squirrels are the best to have as a pet.
Size of the animal and age (which correlates with size) matters here. But I'll do my best. (g = gauge, not grams) Beef cow: 14 g or 16 g needle, possibly 18 g (1" to 1.5") Dairy cow: 16 or 18 g needle (1" to 1.5") Pig: (I think) 14 g 1.5" needle (pigs have thick tough hide like cattle do) Chickens: 25 g 3/4" to 1/2" needle (the smaller the better) You're better off talking to a vet of what size needles are best for each animal.
