The mother still feeds it! Or you feed the piglet warm cow or goat milk.
It all depends what the piglets are being used for, what the weight is and how old they are. It is very important that the feed contains the correct amount of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, protein and energy that will help the piglet grow and produce to it's full potential. Your veterinarian will be able to help you make a feed ration that will best suit your piglets needs.
A 21-day-old piglet should weigh between 5 to 8 pounds, depending on the breed and specific growth rate of the piglet. It's important to monitor the piglet's weight gain to ensure they are healthy and growing properly.
Pigs need a well balanced diet that contains vitamins, minerals, protein, energy, and fiber. You should feed a pig 1 pound of food for every month of age the pig is. This should continue until the age of 6 months. A 3 month old piglet should eat 3 pounds of food a day.
First off when you say you are feeding "milk" what kind of MILK are you feeding?? People Milk purchased at the grocery is NOT suitable for baby pigs, nor is any form of COLD milk. Goat milk right out of the goat will fatten a piglet quickly and if they are extra small/young you can put them on a bitch dog with pups but be sure to secure the dog as she may try to bite as piglets are born with tit teeth-very very sharp, and this is only a short term fix. The BEST thing you can feed a piglet is a calf milk supplement-it comes in a bag at any feed store, made by manna pro as well as other makers. It is in powdered form and must be mixed with warm water per instructions on the bag-its says its for calves and usually has a cow on the bag, but if you read the fine print its also for pigs/goats etc. Some piglets take to a bottle, most don't and you can feed day olds from a bowl. When I start off piglets on a bowl you have to dip their noses so they can get the idea-the greedy gene usually takes over within 24 hours, if not force some bottle but then put them back on the bowl. Contrary to popular believe piglets are finicky-Ive had the best luck with mixing a strong smelling canned cat food in with the warm milk, making it more a liquid than a mush at first-and late on adding pig started and some dry cat to the milk-making it more mushy than soupy as they grow. If your baby is throwing up and you've been feeding the right type and temp. milk, then there is no harm in giving them a couple cc's of good ol' pepto bismal (for humans). Piglets also commonly get the scours from milk, I once again like pepto but there are over the counter remedies just for this to be had at any feed store. Just like with people if they are vomiting and/or having scours you need to be sure they stay hydrated. ALWAYS have fresh water avail even for the day olds, and I highly recommend an electrolyte supplement that's fairly cheap sold at the feed stores called Bounce Back-once again it has a cow on the package but is suitable for horses, pigs, dogs etc.
6 week old kittens should still be with their mother, if they do not have a mother then you should mix a tiny bit of soft kitten food with kitten milk (never use cow's milk) and slowly decrease the amounts of milk as he gets older. Make sure they get enough food by feeling their tummy-if it is hard, they have had enough, if it is soft, then they need some more. Don't feed them too much at once or it will make them sick. You should feed them about five or six times a day or whenever they are hungry. :)

milk and cat food.
For a young kittens best health, powdered milk is not a good idea. Powdered milk will offer nothing in terms of nutrients. For them to be in best health, have them breastfeed off their mother if she is there. If not, try and find another nursing cat who can feed another mouth, or buy special kitten formula from your vet.
Pigs can have up to 20 piglets in one litter! They have got to have room to feed all those babies at once! At at least one point in a pigs life, it will literally be nursing nearly ALL day. One piglet can't hog all of the milk!
