Since a frog's tongue is equipped more so for catching insects, it uses the muscles and bones in it's mouth to propel it's tongue as if it were a slingshot. While the tongue is the strongest muscle in a humans body we do not posses the necessary components that toads and frogs do so our tongues our nowhere near as strong as a frog's or toad's tongue.
