There are many sensitive places on a cat but I noticed that my cat like to be rubbed on his back softly back and forth. Other sensitive places are the ears, bottom of their jaw, tail, and the back of their heads and necks. Hope this helps, remember to always be gentle cats obviously arent dogs where you can ruff house with them.
It's ear, nose, and mouth are the most sensitive parts, as per an article I had read on PetCareRx. Cats also tend to be ticklish around their bellies and necks.
The tail, hind legs, the back of a neck and head
Cats do not like having their tails pulled because the vertebrae in their tails are connected directly to their spines. This means that a cat's tail is actually a part of its spine. Pulling on a cat's tail is very painful because it puts strain on their entire spinal column.

The brain is not the most sensitive organ in the body. It actually only interprets what the sensory system information brings to it. You could poke a fork into the brain and it would feel no pain, flash a light on it, put a really smelly sustenance on it, put pressure on it, touch it, yell at it and it would not even notice that. So the sensory part of the nervous system is the most sensitive part of the human body.
