a sheep encloser is commanly referred to as a sheep's shed.
This is from a knowledge as my grandfather wintered in one as a kid.

You can also call it a barn or a sheeps pen.

A sheep is housed in a barn with an attached barnyard where it will be able to go outside and then the barn provides shelter under poor weather conditions. Some sheep are kept in stalls or pens, these are areas that are opened at the top and used for isolation from other animals. In warmer weather such as summer, sheep are often sent out to pasture, the pasture areas will either be equipped with either heavy tree areas or run in sheds that will provide them with the needed shelter during poor weather conditions.
