What is weakness of penguin?

penguin can't walk backwards :P

t's heavy weight and it's short wings and legs which makes it to lose its flying ability and to reduce its running and walking speed on land respectively.

and it's advantage is that it's feet and the small sized wings which makes it to swim faster in water. And when the penguin jumps from the shore into the water it's weight pulls it downwards which helps the penguin accelerated downwards making the work of the wings halved.this helps in deep underwater diving for the penguin.....
