Wet tail, is actually an animal disease caused by stress. Caged animals, such as hamsters, can get this and they usually die.

It could have wetail which is a fatal disease that causes diarrhea and dehydration. Try to get it to a vet ASAP. I have had 3 hamsters die from this.
