Hisflower's answer ( sorry I deleted this by mistake as I am new to this. He or she said the GP is probably sick and should see a vet)
Guinea pigs can't vomit. I wonder if what you are seeing is the heaving hiccoughs as described by Peter Gurney.
Alternatively, one of my guinea pigs went through a spell of spitting out brown fluid when I was trying to hand feed it when it was sick. I am pretty sure now that this was the result of it eating every poop in sight (not just the special ones) in order to try and restore its gut flora. It was on Baytril at the time.
Yes, if your guinea pig is unable to stand and keeps falling to its side, it could indicate an issue with its balance or strength. It would be best to seek advice from a veterinarian to assess and diagnose the problem accurately.
It is spelled "guinea pig". You got it right! :)
a guinea pigs cousin would also be a guinea pig.
When your guinea pig tilts its head to one side it might have a eye or ear infection.

One would be crying and throwing his or her guinea pig

Then your guinea pig has probablly a serious disease
My guinea pig always falls over when I brush her so I may be brushing her to hard or she has something wrong with one of legs.somtimes your guinea pig could have a ear infection and may fall over because of that if somthing is wrong or if your guinea pig will not stand up please take it to the vet as fast as you can and keep your guinea pig warm
take it to the doctor
It is helpful because it keeps you company
Take your guinea pig to the vet if something seems wrong...
well, maybe your guinea pig is feeling sad, mad, or maybe he wants you to play with him/her more. It probably puts its head down because it's feeling sad. ~court well my guinea pigs sick that could be it and i suggest bringing her to the vet i did and my guinea pigs really sick

If the guinea pig is squeaking it is either happy or just excited to see you, or it could be hungry if it doesn't have anymore food, or water.
