There are no fish, per-se, that live out of water. You may be thinking of animals that are amphibians. Which are frogs, toads, salamanders and the like. Some look remarkably like fish that can stay on land for awhile, especially a species called mud skippers. you can find a picture of them at attached link, to see if that was what you were thinking of !
