What kind of spider is this It has a white sea shell looking thing on it.. it has a brownish colored body kinda like a hermit crab and we found it in the woods in Ashtabula Ohio?

i live in NC and i saw one of those too on my front porch....well maybe not exactly the same thing, but i saw some creature that wasnt too big with what looked like spider's legs, but a turtle shell thing on its back.......this is too weird......
