Komodo Dragons have potential to. i know they have a saliva that contains toxins that can cause i blistering infection that if left untreated can kill u. not to mention these lizards are huge and could (if u tried to fight it) thrash u to bits. LOL also i don't know about the potency of the venom but i know Gila monster contains fangs in the back of it's mouth with the ability to inject venom. hope that helps if not than idk
