There's enough variation in the precise meaning of "looks exactly like a cat" to encompass most small felids. Assuming this to be a serious question and not a rather pathetic attempt at a joke, it could be just about any of the several species in the genera Felis or Prionailurus such as the sand cat, the black-footed cat, or the Chinese mountain cat.

They don't look "exactly" like domestic cats (for instance, the ears of the black-footed cat are more rounded than those of the typical domestic cat, those of the sand cat are somewhat larger in relation to its body size, and the various Prionailurusspecies tend to short thick tails and large eyes), but are similar enough to fool a casual observer. Also, unless you're trained in the science of animal behavior, they act pretty much like feral domestic cats.
