All of these are available at your local grocer. However, in addition to proper diet, tortoises must have a means of synthesizing the vitamins in their diet. This is why a quality UVA/UVB bulb (anything good will cost $40 +). I recommend a 100 watt Powersun bulb (by Zoo Med). These are available at the best price at drsfosterandsmith.com (Petsmart and other chains pet stores overcharge a lot). Keep your tortoise inside for the first two years of its life.
