I would suggest keeping it away from light-colored furniture, and if the condition does not improve, you may even need to put the cat outside until the uncontrollable pooing stops. On a more serious note, let it skip a couple meals. This won't hurt the cat, but it will provide the chance for its stomach to settle before filling it with food again.
