I'm not sure, but their is a way to find out, if you do own a miniature pincher, you can take a peice of string, put it around your dogs neck as if it were a collar,(make sure not to leave any remaning string hanging out), then take the string and aline on a ruler or measering tape and add 2-3 inches on the ruler,( the extra inches will leave space between the collar and the dogs neck). (I too own a min pin named Reno), so good luck with the collar!
