Most Spiders have venom that they deliver by use of their fangs, and this could describe the bite of many different spiders. The best thing to do (aside from seeking immediate medical attention) is to see what spiders are in your geographical area. There are a lot of different spiders; they number some 40,000 different types. Given the spacing between the punctures, you may be able to get some idea of the size and eliminate smaller species. Note that the fangs of the spider work against each other like scissors or pliers do, and not like the fangs of a snake. If you have a local university or college, they may have a list of some of the more prominent species in the area. This information will be tucked in somewhere in the Biology Department. How do you treat a water blister?
A water blister is a blister that has filled with body fluid. It is uncomfortable but can be easily reduced to what amounts to a layer of skin over the tender area below it. Use a sterile needle (I have used a sharp knife's pointed end) to drain the water at the base of the blister. There should be very little pain.
