Diarrhoea could be due to a change in feed (it can take up to 10 days for the microbes in the rumen to adapt to a new feed), worms, bacterial infection (salmonellosis, yersiniosis), coccidiosis, eating a toxic plant. It depends on the colour, smell and consistency of the diarrhoea - if it is worms or a bacterial infection it would be best to get the faeces analysed by a veterinarian to enable the best treatment regime.
