There is a fish that can walk on land. It's called a Mudskipper. I also found a good site that can give you plenty more information on it.
Fish can swim because they have streamlined bodies that reduce water resistance, paired fins that provide stability and maneuverability, and a swim bladder that helps with buoyancy control. These adaptations allow fish to move efficiently through water.

Mice live on land, fish live in water. On in not the normal prey of the other.
It depends on your definition of what it means to "walk". From fossil evidence we know that Tiktaalik favored shallow habitats close to land and that it could very easily support itself against the force of gravity. So it is at least conceivable that Tiktaalik was capable of pulling itself up and out of the water when it needed to. But whether you would call this "walking" is a matter of definition. With this provision in mind... Was Tiktaalik one of the first fish to amble in some manner on land? Quite possibly, yes.

because they are adapted to the water and they cannot walk on land.
Mudskippers are fish that can walk on land. On land, they have to worry about predators like birds or snakes, and in the water they have to worry about larger fish.
Sea robins cannot walk on land as they are specialized for swimming in water. Their pectoral fins are used for navigating through the water and are not adapted for supporting the fish's weight on land.
A Mudskipper is one of the fish that can walk on land.
Yes some fish do. They push themselves out of the water and then they walk around with spikes on their body for a while. However they have to go back into the water after a while.
