If tigers went extinct there would be no more tigers on the planet. This means that boars and other prey of the tigers would be able to breed and multiply with less control from the predator. The extinction of tigers would be a huge loss for mankind and might also show that our ability to protect a species is sorely lacking.

Without tigers on the surface of the earth, the animal population in Asia would rise because the tigers would not be hunting anymore. Also, the balance of the food chain would be at risk, and some animals would have to live on cannibalism. In conclusion, our earth would be in danger. Do you want to take that risk?

Tigers are apex predators that keep the numbers of herbivores in check. If Tigers are eliminated

  1. Herbivores like Deer, Bucks etc can grow in great numbers without check
  2. That inturn will disturb the balance of the ecosystem
  3. Grass will be eaten indiscriminately by herbivores and with no one to hunt them, grasslands may disappear.
