I can't figure out if this question is serious or not. "Into season" is the time a female comes in heat. If you meant female, then as young as 6 months (in some cases, 5). If you mean how early can a male reproduce, around 6 months. However, you shouldn't breed until 2 years.

If your question isn't serious... then wow.

Do female dogs only mate while in HEAT I had brought a male doxie to breed my dog because my dog was gettting ready to be in HEAT but when I was about to separate them a male poodle got her?

yes they usually do because that's pretty much the only time the males will start to get her, my female pitbull was in heat about a month ago and my male would go nuts when neighborhood dogs would try to get to her.
