Prophet Ismael is considered the first person to ride a horse in Islamic culture. However the first person to truly ride a horse is lost to time, though it is thought that it was likely a young adult or even a child.
If you mean when did people first start using horses then that would be stone age times. Actully Indians thought they were big dogs when they saw the American Mustang. They didnt use horses in the stone age. The Indians had always used dogs to pull there equipment around when they saw the hosres thinking they were big dogs they cought them traind them became there friends and used them to pull more equipment. The Spanish have always used horses though, but not in the stone age.
It depends how large is the pony, ponies are much like horses just smaller. If your to big i wouldn't suggest riding them.Firstly If you have a pony a saddle and bridle then u can ride but if u havent rode before you wouldn't be too good. I would suggest if you have never ridden a pony before i would addvistse in the paper you want someone to train you in your home or u could just go to a bhs riding school and be showing how to rideI would highly reccommened to go to a riding school and get a experinced instrocker and ride a few times if you do then u should buy a horse but rember horses are expensive so make sure you have enough money first
Although some horses don't like dogs, most of the time they leave them alone. When dogs start chasing the horses in what they think is a game, though, the horses will try to kick them. Most of the time they don't mind each other.
Horses like almost anything food the most...Carrots,Apples etc. They like exercise and jumping it depends on they're personality. horses love treats. Horses also love to be groomed and being walked or Rodin! Just letting you know :) Peace
If there are any stables nearby, start hanging around so people will eventually not see you as a stranger; when you feel comfortable or opportunity knocks, start talking to people-- don't get too close to the horses or touch them without asking--if it seems okay, ask questions, people like to talk about their horses and most horse people are happy to talk to someone like you (they may even have been just like you). As for jobs, everyone starts out cleaning stalls and picking up manure; and as with everything else, there is an efficient way to clean a stall, and when you learn how to do that (by watching how it's done and volunteering) and get good at it, then maybe you canget a paying job at the stables--cleaning stalls.
