You should take your dog to the vet when it is still a puppy so it can get its vaccinations. Then yearly check-ups will help to ensure your dog a long healthy life. In addition, if you dog is acting strangely, is not eating, or is lethargic, for a long period of time, you should take it to the vet to make sure everything is OK.
I would recommend taking them in to the vet as soon as possible as there is always a chance that puppies could be born with cleft palates, or other abnormalities that could cause them suffering and even death. I have taken our puppies in the day they were born, but no later than 3 days of age. It's reassuring too.
Milk coming out of a puppies nose can be caused by several things. Some reasons include simply being overfed (for bottle fed puppies - which can lead to all kinds of other issues) or a cleft palet (which can be corrected with surgery). To get a proper diagnosis - it is ALWAYS best to take the puppy to a vet.
If your dog is bleeding from her vaginal area, it's important to contact your veterinarian immediately for guidance. Depending on the cause of the bleeding, they may recommend bringing her in for an examination and treatment. Avoid trying to treat the issue at home without professional guidance to prevent any further complications.
Take it to a vet
It can take up to 24 hours. If it takes any longer and you think there is still more, the mother will show signs of discomfort and the puppy or puppies that remain are most likely not alive. You should take her to a vet or call a vet for basic information if you cannot afford to take her. But dogs have been know to be in labor for up as long as 16 to 20 hours and then have her litter. However, if the litter has been delivered, people usually panic a little when they feel the belly and it still feels like there is puppies in there. Keep in mind she will have a swollen uterus and possibly the placentia hasn't come out yet. So don't panic, just watch her reaction and her discomforts, because most likely there isn't any more puppies. Again, if there is, they will probably still deliver but not alive. If there is a puppy or puppies, and they aren't alive, and they don't deliver within 24 to 36 hours, she should be taken to a vet immediately because, it could make her very ill or even kill her. So please keep an eye, don't panic, and if you aren't sure, take her to the vet, they will be able to know for sure.
You should always take your pets to the vet if they are sick or if they need their shots, and take puppies for "well puppy" checkups
This is not a good thing, and you should take your kitten to the vet immediately.

Take her to the local vet and they'll take care of the puppies.
Dog as puppies are born only Pink and Bald but they should never be as small as a thumbnail that would proably not be healthy and if it is you have to have it check at a vet.
Then they'll eventually die. You should probably take the whole lot to a vet to have the situation checked out; the vet will advise you what to do.
A puppy should first take a visit to the veterinarian at about six to eight weeks of age in order to get essential vaccinations. However, taking it to the veterinarian within the first few days of birth is also ideal to make sure it was born healthy.
Take the puppy to the Vet for an examination.
