I'm not sure why this would be considered a question. Cats are often scared of changes in their environment, and when something occurs that they do not expect or understand, they will quite often run to a place they consider safe. Under the porch is one such place; dark, out of the way, and somewhat confined, there are fewer directions that she has to worry about being attacked from.
I think it is a natural reaction to something that weighs 200 times what they wiegh. They could be easily crushed so it is a protective measure on their part.

Yes. Right under the light on our front porch there were droppings that actually looked like mice poop and kinda like bird poop. We could not figure out where it was coming from. Once night there was a tree frog sticking on the storm door and we watched it from the inside of the house and when it pooped...we realized that it was identical from the poop on the porch. After more investigation, we noticed that we had between 6 and 8 tree frogs hanging around our porch and that the poop was coming from them.
Folds are geologic structures that are formed when rocks bend but do not break.
First of all, bees do not nest under concrete. They are wasps. The area can be sprayed with insecticide or wasp killer bought from a local garden store. A more safer option is to buy a wasp trap. Just add water and hang it up. The wasps get attracted to them and go through small holes in the trap and are unable to come out. They drown eventually.
The most a horse has pulled was, if I remember correctly, 3,600 Lbs. and it pulled the load 15 feet. The horse was a Percheron. One of the tallest horses recorded was a Percheron named Dr Le Gear. FoaHstood 21.1 hands (7 feet) at the withers and weighed just under 1,370 kg.
Perhaps a conditioned reflex. Cats do not like noisy items that may interfere with their hearing ability.
What is under your porch that is so appealing to the possums? I suggest you remove the 'tempation' and make sure they have no access to food and water and enclose the porch.

No the enclosed attached porch is part of the home itself. No if the porch was an unattached stand-alone building it would fall under the appurtenant structures section of the policy.
