The question is worded in a way that does not make much sense. There are, in fact, animals with NO intelligence. For example, a sponge is technically an animal, although they completely lack brains, and nerves for that matter. A more reasonable question might be "which vertebrate has the least intelligence," because all vertebrates have a measurable intelligence. You can't really figure out how much an insect can learn on its own.
It is not accurate or appropriate to rank animals by intelligence using human-centric measures like IQ. Intelligence varies greatly across species based on their evolutionary adaptations and ecological niche. Each animal has unique strengths and abilities that are suited to its environment.

The actual meaning of your question you are asking is confusing and not very clear so apologies if this is not the answer you are looking for. Animals who live in groups such as prides, swarms and packs are devided into sections through ranks. The ranks begin at the bottom, with the lowest rank being the 'omega' and the highest rank being 'Alpha'. These two rank categories come from the Greek alphabet. 'Alpha' is A in Greek, hence forth it is the first letter which suggests that the 'Alpha' of the group is first and the most important. 'Omega" is Z in Greek, so it suggests that the lowest rank being the Omega, is the last and least respected in the group.
It depends on your belief's...Buddhism teaches that there is life after death IF you live a good life...if you don't you become a life of lower rank such as an animal..but i kind of personally want to be an animal :D hope this helped
I'm not sure but when you find out let me know
It is difficult to determine the cleverest country as intelligence is not uniform across populations. Different countries excel in various fields such as technology, innovation, or education, making it hard to rank intelligence on a global scale.

They seem to be smart enough to have us humans care for them...
