I am not entirely sure, but as far as I have read up on this subject, I believe people are agreeing on the name of "Noggin Feetface" because that was his favorite word [and the only one he could spell] and he was a head with face sticking out of the bottom. For some reason i think it was a big blue bird, not like big bird but i can promis you it wasnt this "Feetface" guy, i just cant remeber the birds name, and it was a girl i think. I remeber this one time when Moose A Moose and zee came on and the bird was all like "this is my cousin. I have to leave and hes gonna take over for now. Ill be back soon" but she never came back!

The voice of Moose A. Moose is native New Yorker Paul Christie. Here are the other voices he has done: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0160364/ It is commonly thought that this Paul Christie http://www.paulchristie.com/ is the voice of Moose, but that is incorrect. He does not do voice over work, he is strictly an actor and is Canadian.
The mascot - I'm guessing - is Moose A Moose, a specially designed character for Nick Jr. He is a moose, and has a sidekick named Zee, who is a blue jay. He has short shows when the commercial break comes on. For example, when the matching short or the short where you identify shapes comes on, it's the moose's voice that is narrating.
