Riding for the disabled is helping people disabled to ride because they enjoy it and it is able to be done
I used to volunteer at my old Riding school, and i got to do just about everything. Muck out, groom, lead beginners, clean tack, fill haynets, catch, turn out, tack-up, sweep the yard, feed - most general horsey things really. For your hard work, you may get rewards such as free rides. Hope this helps

rider- you ride aroung gradually building up confidence and strength, it is a getaway from the real world, you are not limited on the back of a horse volunteer- you muck out, feed, groom ect. You help lead the horses and have to always be nice, you are told what to do by more experianced workers ect.
Therapeutic riding is supervised riding under a physican's prescription. It is different from when disabled people ride for fun. Therapeutic riding is medication. I just did a report on therapeutic riding but for more info go to narha.org Hope this helps!

The name of the person who first thought of riding on elephants is lost to history.
A person would ride in or inside a truck, not on the truck. Riding on the truck means a person could be riding anywhere on the truck, and a person usually rides inside the truck. Riding inside the truck is more specific.
