Gorillas became endangered because of poachers and loggers. The loggers cut down the trees in the forest which have their food on them, and the poachers kill them for meat or otherwise known as "bushmeat". Poachers also kill the gorillas for their body parts such as hands, feet and skull. These can be sold in markets as souviners.
