Why do cats do what they do?

They do talk, but in a different language. Their vocal chords are different from ours and make different sounds. Plus cats don't have nearly the IQ to memorize human languages, if they could make human sounds. I don't think they'd really want to either, to be honest.

it depends on the cat, if you have a friendly cat that likes to cuddle, it will interact better with you or another cat, but if you have a grumpy vicous cat, then its going to attack or avoid you.
