No they don't , I once watched this animal program and this professor guy said that fish don`'t need any eye lids because they are in water and their eyes all ready get moist. However, sharks are considered a fish and they have eyelids.
I saw a show an Discovery Channel that said they have invisible eyelids like camels and snakes so that their eyes are always protected
Sharks have eyelids but they do not blink because the surrounding water cleans their eyes. To protect their eyes some have nictitating membranes. This membrane covers the eyes during predation, and when the shark is being attacked.
yes
yes but not like human eyelids. they have a thin lid that stays retracted most of the time unless the sharks eye needs protection. its called a nictating eyelid. just like if you never blinked unless some one was going to poke you in the eye and your eyelids were slightly transparent. yeah i guess it is a little different.
No they don't. It was thought that they did but has now been proved that they have very good eyesight. see here for more info http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/fish/education/questions/basics.html#vision
This depends on what kind of shark you are talking about. Generally sharks have 'normal' eyesight with slightly better nocturnal vision (ability to see in lower light conditions), it is also generally accepted that most sharks can see better far away than up close.
YES!! shraks do have eyelids, but they dont blink cuz the water cleans their eyes. you just cant tell cuz they never blink, THATS WHY!! :)
No. Because Sharks Could Not Hunt Good With Eye Lids
Actually sharks don't sleep at all. If they slept, they would fallto the bottom of the sea.
Sharks have eyelids so female sharks can wink at male sharks.
No, they haven't.

Even though sharks are among very few fish which have eyelids, they do not blink. Most species of sharks have special nictitating membranes which go over their eyes to protect them when they are hunting or under attack.
Fish don't have eye lids, so they never close. But there are exceptional fishes like the Sharks do have eyelids to protect their eyes!
