Some guinea pigs are agressive and being neudered will actually sometimes make them less agressive. I have to do that with my guinea pig. And also they might spray some scent to attract a female. Hope this helps!
Some dogs can get along with guinea pigs. Mine however would eat our guinea pigs if they got the chance.....

Personally, I don't think guinea pigs are ugly. I think they're very cute and pretty. But it's an opinion. Someone might think guinea pigs are ugly. There is no clear answer because this question is answered by an opinion.
Laws regarding the sale of guinea pigs vary by location. In some places, you may need a permit or license to sell animals. It's best to check with your local government or animal control agency to find out the specific requirements in your area.
yes you can. some guinea pigs do not like orange peels though so it depends what your guinea pig chooses but they will not get sick of it.
Try a shelter - they might not be any cheaper than the pet store but you'll know if they have health problems, which gender they are and they could be neutered which would save you some trouble in the future if you end up with different genders of guinea pigs.
any ware Guinea pigs are very common you can buy from privet breeder's, pet shops, rescue centers some things to look out for are pet shop Guinea pigs cost more and if you get a female she might be pregnant and rescue centre Guinea pigs can be neutered privet breeders are your best bet their are loads on gumtree but make sure you get a mixed breed and not a pedigree because they can cost up to 100£
Guinea pigs don't need a top on their cage but SOME because some are climbers or if you have a cat you might want to consider a top. You don't NEED a top unless you want one! ^^
