He is probably just nervous around you! you should put a towel on your lap and sit with it until it gets used to you. Pet it and try feeding it a healthy treat like celery or apples (not too many though or else you will have another problem). Eventually it should get out of that habit.

You don't say how old your baby bunny is. I suspect that your problem will go away with age. Baby bunnies, when they are born, don't automatically know when they need to go pee. That is why the mother rabbit cleans and stimulates the babies so that they will go to the bathroom. They eventually get control of their bladders and bowels as they age. It could be that your bunny has not quite matured enough and is holding it's 'pee' instead of going but when you pick it up you either squeeze it or it perceives you picking it up as stimulation and it pees on you.
