That isn't normal in cats, so go to a vet!
Persuming the cat is dead then and if it's your pet you can bury the cat in your yard even though in some States and some Provinces in Canada it's against the law. Some people that are very attached to their beloved pet will plant a flowering bush or a tree where they buried their pet. Dig a hole about 3 feet deep (so other animals won't try to dig it up.) Then place the dirt over it. Then put the cat in an old blanket and place in the ground, or, if you prefer put it in a box of some sort. If you were fond of your pet, you can take your pet to the vets and have them have the cat cremated and get the ashes, but it will cost you approximately $150. I have done this with two of my dogs. Of course the ashes come in an urn. Just thought I would mention this as an alternative to you if the cat meant a lot to you.
If your cat has a hole in its neck, it's important to seek immediate veterinary attention. The hole could be a bite wound, abscess, or other serious injury that could lead to infection if not treated promptly. In the meantime, try to keep the area clean and prevent your cat from licking or scratching at it.

Bring a garden trowel with you. When you need to go, dig a 'cat hole', a small hole in the ground, probably 6-10 inches in diameter and 4+ inches deep. Once you've dug the hole and done your business, cover the hole back up. The excrement can act as a fertilizer for the ground.

Cats may bite your cheek as a form of affection or playfulness. It could also be a way for them to communicate their needs or to show dominance. It's important to observe your cat's body language and behavior to understand the reason behind the biting.
