Why does my cat keep eating even after it has been fed in the morning and evening the cat makes terrible whining sounds like it is starving but that is impossible why?

It is difficult to say why. It could be that the meals are being spread too far apart, leaving the cat hungry in between. Cats have tiny stomachs compared to ours, and have evolved to eat several small meals a day. You could try leaving out a little bit of dry food out in between meals for your cat to nibble on if it gets hungry.
