I don't know why they like to rest under your chin but I know why they lick you. They lick you because he/she like's you, he/she think's your friendly and think like your there kind like your there mum
They tend to make amends for what they have done in the past, if your bunny was skittish before it will let you pet and kiss him/her. If your rabbit was cuddly before, it will lie on your lap and lick you.
