Bacon, and all other pork-related foods (other meats such as chicken are fine to feed raw) are considered unhealthy to feed raw, because of possible relations to tapeworm that may be carried by pigs. Not only that, but bacon is mostly made up of fat and salt.
While it is true cats get a lot of nutrition from fat, too much is bad for them. The same goes for salt. If you want to feed pork to your cats, it is advisable to feed very small amounts as an occasional treat.
