becaus it has a rare disease it means its dying... sorry to break the news to you.... fish don't live forever you know?!
you probably fed it too much or it's sick or that's what happens when that type of fish grows older
no
All fish tend to over-eat and can get bloated and die. Any over eating fish can rupture - I think exploding is expecting for too much.
If your puppies tummy is bloated the most common reason is that it has worms. I myself have a Great Dane puppy that had a "bloated tummy" and the result was worms. There are medications the vet can give you to treat the worms, some cases are more serious than others. A serious case would include uncontrollable diarrhea and symptoms alike. ~ Hope I helped & hope your puppy gets feeling better. (: ~ From dograchie123
Drenches should ONLY be given to cows that are sick, cannot eat or are bloated. A mineral oil drench is given to cattle that are bloated, and a drench containing electrolytes are given to cattle that have severe diarrhea or at the point where they will not eat. DO NOT give drenches to cattle that do not need it!!!
Not sure when this was posted. However Horses can colic as a result of certain feeds, a change in diet or over feeding. If the horse is laying down and bloated, or otherwise noted as uncomfortable a vet should be consulted. Colic is a life threatening horse emergency.
Fish can fish for fish, because anglerfish can fish for other fish.

She felt bloated today. The bloated body had been in the water for weeks.

He felt bloated after eating two dinners.
Bettas naturally have a roundish stomach. If the fish is bloated it may well be constipated but this should clear up naturally if you look after the fishes living conditions and do regular weekly 50% water changes. If the fishes scales are sticking out like a rasp, then the fish has "Dropsy" which is an uncurable, untreatable, terminal disease.
The goldfish will stay at the bottom, barely able to move, and will appear bloated. In the final stages of dropsy the fish's scales will stick up and the fish will resemble something that resembles a pine cone.
Ofcourse fish do swallow rocks..they just pass straight through hem and it might make them bloated so lay off the food for a few days.
