If it is a dark color, then they are dehydrated. So it has to do with the amout of water intake.

∙ 14y agoThis is not a good sign, your guinea pig is proabably sick. The pea is pink because it is a mixture of blood and urine, which is not natural. Take him/her to a vet as soon as possible.
